Why rent with us?

By taking the best bits about renting and blending them with that unmistakable sense of having found your home, we’re transforming the rental experience.

We offer a range of tenancy options to our renters — from six months up to three years — and encourage you to decorate your space however you like (so long as it’s left how you found it). There are no hidden fees, just a protected £500 deposit, and you’ll have a dedicated property manager for any problems that pop up.

Finally, for £25 a month, your furry, scaly, and feathered friends (with responsible owners, of course) are welcome to stay, too.

The renter's journey

Considering how exciting a new home should be, we know how stressful the process often is. With that in mind, we’ve kept everything as simple as possible for our renters, from the moment they see the first photo, all the way through to when we hand them the front door keys, and beyond. Our process

Search & apply

You’ll find our properties here, as well as on the usual property search websites. They’re managed by local letting agents who take you on viewings to find the right home for you.

Once you’ve found somewhere, they can also help with your application — this guarantees we get the details we need to move everything along smoothly.

Sign up & move in

Once your references are approved, we’ll complete your tenancy agreement collect your first payment, and any signatures we need. We’ll then arrange a suitable move-in date with you, and one of our team will meet you on the day — at your new front door, with a shiny set of keys.

We’ll then run through the inventory list and make a record of the property’s condition when you moved in.

Live in your home

Now, we’ll leave you alone! You’ll be left to enjoy your home until you need us — for example, if any problems pop up with the property itself, or if there are the usual safety checks we need to carry out.

You’ll be given good notice for anything along these lines, though. Otherwise, you’re now free to enjoy your new home without us looking over your shoulder.

Moving out

It’s always a shame to see our renters leave but, when the time comes, we make sure everything runs as smoothly as the rest of the process.

If your property is as it was when you moved in, and your rent is up to date, all that’s required is a quick inventory check and exchange of keys. Then, you’re good to go. Your security deposit is returned shortly after.
