We’re looking for family housing developments or unbroken blocks of flats with 30-70 units per site, in market and suburban towns throughout mainland UK, with high rental demand.
Each location should have good transport links, large and growing employment opportunities, highly-rated schools nearby, and access to local amenities — parks, shops, entertainment facilities, and so on. We prefer freeholds (or equivalent). Properties should be safe, built to a high standard (typically new or nearly-new), and B+ energy efficiency — for the planet and the pockets of our renters.
